As of today 119 countries (especially Islamic ones) restrict or
prohibit the Western missionary activity of "foreigners". Approximately
75% of the entire global population or 4.8 billion souls live
in these 119 countries. Because of this startling trend, most
large denominational mission agencies who used to be soul winning,
church planting, discipleship centers worldwide have now "adopted"
to foreign cultures by substituting "social work" projects for
evangelism power.
GLOBEWORKS International must always fight that tendency to compromise.
We will never be agricultural workers, schoolteachers, nurses,
computer specialists and career counselors…But rather PARTNERING with indigenous native pastor-missionaries already laboring for
Christ in their own countries, we will make, baptize and disciple
new converts to the Way of Christ. We must plant churches, then
assist those churches with Biblical literature, equipment, pastor
training, City Wide Crusades, children's outreaches…always brainstormed,
led and inspired by the national missionaries themselves. We serve
them, not they us. If native national workers serve and kow-tow to their western
missionary brethren's ideas, strategies and monies given, then
the Church of Christ will grow arithmetically during the Third
Millennium as it has for the last 300 years. Conversely, if we
at GLOBEWORKS and other U.S. based agencies can see God's VISION for us to
Serve and Support and Partner with the native men and women of
God already reaching their own countries, then the Church of Jesus
Christ will explode geometrically during the Third Millennium.

We are one tiny fledgling organization. We know that. But the
Living Christ in us all can impact His Gospel to men's hearts
on every continent through us for decades ahead…if we will adopt
His VISION for global missionary PARTNERING, West and East together.Only 30% of Planet Earth's population is Caucasian, 70% are brown,
black, yellow and even red. But because of our European Christian
Reformational heritage, and due to our vast supplies of money
enabling us to send out God's servants to the Timbuktu’s of our
globe, when we think "missionaries" we think American, Canadian
or European.

Yet, how can the 150,000 or so career missionaries from these
white regions ever reach seven billion human beings without PARTNERING with our brown, black, yellow and red Christian brethren in their
own backyards to win their nations to Christ? Indeed, they should
be the leaders, the workers, the dreamers of Heaven's dreams for
themselves.
Obviously, GLOBEWORKS' Board members who have not already done so must rethink WHITETHINK
in terms of world missionary VISION.
Therefore as we launch out from the stale but quiet shores of
churchy status quo to the sometimes stormy waters of PARTNERED FAITH ministry in America first then across the continents, we will
sail smoothly trusting Christ as our Captain and Helmsman. Indeed,
even our ark itself is Christ. All is safe and dry inside God's
