InterContinental The Grand is set on 86 acres of lush elegantly
landscaped beach front gardens on the western coast of the Indian State
of Goa, straddled between two rivers it offers an 880 meter long
exclusive beach front giving the resort a unique advantage of both sea
water & fresh water recreational opportunities.. Portuguese styles
inspire this resort’s twin storey sprawling structure, which comprises
of 14 interconnecting casas – offering 255 spacious, beautifully
appointed rooms, which including 14 Executive Suites, an Imperial suite
and 2 Presidential Suites all overlooking the largest golf course in Goa
and the Arabian Sea.
Our Food and beverage outlets offer a variety of culinary delights to
tempt every palate. Rejuve – The Spa is designed to rejuvenate the body,
mind and soul and offers a variety of Ayurvedic, Oriental and European
treatments and therapies Other facilities include a state of the art
Gymnasium, large swimming pool, tennis courts, squash courts, a 9 hole
par 36 International Standard Golf course and a wide range of water
sports facilities. Our Banquet facilities include a large Ball room that
can accommodate up to 600 people in Theater style, 4 additional meeting

Goa provides a wide array of innovative dining experiences at its six
outlets with live open kitchens.
‘CANACONA’ - 24 hour Coffee Shop: The design of this 24–hour
restaurant is strongly influenced by traditional Portuguese decor with a
combination of traditional and modern equipment. The highlight being the
wood fired pizza oven. The restaurant has an open kitchen with a hot and
cold buffet section and a Pizza Oven. The restaurant offers different
cuisines such as Goan, Indian, Oriental and Continental. The
International buffet selection and an elaborate Ala-carte have been
created to please the most discerning international traveller.
The ‘SEA B Q – Barbeque: The restaurant offers a unique concept
of “Table Bar-be-que”, which will highlight Western and Oriental and
Indian style Barbeques with innovative presentation. The guest has an
option to select from the Tandoor Menu or from the display and the same
can be barbequed according to their palate on Table Barbeques. The
restaurant décor is rustic yet elegant. It will be open for poolside
snacks, lunch and dinner buffet. There will be various Theme Night
Buffets and entertainment organised in the restaurant.
Specialty Restaurant: A fine dinning
restaurant serving Mediterranean food and with a breath taking
view of the sea and swimming pool. A menu designed to make a perfect
blend of food and wine. Live music will be organised with some of the
best performers in Goa entertaining our guests. The décor is very
Portuguese and lively. The service personalised and prompt yet casual.
‘VERI FENI’ - Sports Bar: The bar offers a variety of sports
option ranging from a card table to a billiards table. An elegant bar
counter and a dance floor compliments the sporting ambience. The master
bartenders will blend an exciting range of cocktails and mock tails and
offer a selection of the worlds best Beers, Spirits, Wines, Liqueurs and
Cigars.
‘GAZEBO’ - Pool Bar: The sunken bar with a Polynesian theme,
cater to the guests in and around the pool. The menu will comprise of
snacks and beverages.
BEACH SHACK: The Shack situated on the beach has a wooden, rustic
feel, Typical Goan food cooked by local chefs, specializing in Sea food.
The ‘DEMO KITCHEN’: Unique opportunity for our guest to learn
culinary skills from our versatile chefs.
