Dragonballs
The Dragon Balls are a series of seven crystal like spheres, containing stars,
which number them from one to seven. When the Dragon Balls have all been collected,
they possess the power to summon an Enternal Dragon, who can grant a wish.
Once this wish has been granted the Dragon Balls are scattered throughout the world,
and cannot be used again for a rather long period of time. When the creator of a dragon dies,
the Dragon Balls turn to stone, and scatter throughout the world.
This dragon can then only be revived when a successor takes the place of the fallen creator, and revives the dragon.

Here is a list of the Dragons that were created throughout Dragon Ball.
Kami's Dragon-Shenron
This Shenron originally wanted to give beings something to work towards.
However Piccolo Daimaio killed this dragon.
Kami revived it then for the sake of beings like Goku.
Dende's Dragon-Shenron
Dende's dragon is the revived version of Kami's dragon,
which was destroyed when Kami merged with Piccolo.
When Dende became guardian of the Earth, he revived this dragon.
Giving the dragon the capabilities of granting two wishes.
However, he could not revive anyone who has died once already.
After the Cell Games were over, Dende put effort into giving this dragon more power.
The Dragons of Namek
Saichourou's Dragon-Porunga
Little is known about the origin of this dragon, except that it was formed from Saichourou's dreams.
Muri's Dragon-Porunga
When Saichourou died, control of the Namek's Dragon Balls went to Muri.
Once he had the ability to manipulate the power of the Dragon Balls,
he basically tripled the capabilities of the Dragon Balls, making Porunga even more
of a powerful dragon. His Dragon Balls were so powerful, that they had more power then Dai-Kaioshin!

Kami's Shenron
1. Can be Summoned every year.
2. Can wish infinite amount of beings back to life at a time.
3. Can only wish back people who have never died before.
4. Dragon cannot be used to wish death or destruction.
5. Must be stronger, then the beings or things, upon which he is manipulating.
6. Can grant one wish at a time.
Summoning Phrase: "Ide Yo, Shenron"
Dende's Shenron
1. Can be Summoned every year.
2. Can wish infinite amount of beings back to life at a time.
3. Can only wish back people who have never died before.
4. Dragon cannot be used to wish death or destruction.
5. Must be stronger, then the beings or things, upon which he is manipulating.
6. Can grant two wishes at a time.(Three wishes in Buu saga)

Saichourou's Porunga
1. Can be Summoned every 130 days.
2. Can wish only one person back to life at a time.
3. Can only wish back people who have died before.
4. Dragon cannot be used to wish death or destruction.
5. Must be stronger, then the beings or things, upon which he is manipulating.
6. Can grant three wishes at a time.
Summoning Phrase: "Takkarato Popporunga Pupirittoparo"
Muri's Porunga
1. Can be Summoned every six months.
2. Can wish only one person back to life at a time.
3. Can only wish back people who have died before.
4. Dragon cannot be used to wish death or destruction.
5. Can manipulate any being in the universe.
6. Can grant three wishes at a time.
Summoning Phrase: "Takkarato Popporunga Pupirittoparo"
