Beatrice "Bebe" Neuwirth was born and raised in Princeton on December 31st 1958. She began ballet at the age of 5 and later danced with the Princeton Ballet Company in such classics as Peter and the Wolf, The Nutcracker and Coppeli. She also appeared in community theatre musicals. At age 13, her ambition was to perform some of Bob Fosse's work. In 1976 Bebe graduated from Princeton High. She then went to the Dance Division of Juilliard, where she learnt Modern American Dancing to prepare her for Broadway. She left after a year and joined an international touring company who were performing A Chorus Line, a musical. Bebe spent three years touring with them. Later on, Bebe won the role of Anita in West Side Story and a dancer in Little Me. Her role in the latter made Bob Fosse, the choreographer, decide to cast her in the lead role of Dancin'. With this role, she fulfilled the ambition she made at age 13. Bebe then started acting in film and TV, and in 1986 she won her most famous role - that of Dr Lilith Sternin in Cheers, later playing the role in Frasier as well. As well as her role as Lilith, Bebe has also appeared in The Adventures of Pete and Pete, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Fame and a role in the 1993 mini-series Wild Palms. Her films include The Green Card and Malice. She also voiced Salem's girlfriend Juliette in Sabrina, The Teenage Witch.Got any more information on Bebe Neuwirth?
