Mmmkay kids so here are a few e-mail questionaires between myself and Mr. Wilson which are really obsolete now, but nonetheless amusing.

a while ago you mentioned something abut an sg music video, what ever happened to that?

I made an animated video for pay no mind but it was too big! i'll probably make another one that's smaller but i'm not sure when.

what happened to the weird bunny beast on the first sg cd import with the re-release of the first album?

i think that's going to be japan only.

what is/what is going on with this southern fried swing business at amorphus records?

uh, no comment

how well is the latest sg record doing and are you happy with the response thus far?

i'd love everyone to hear it but i can't be seen as actively promoting it while =w= is happening. i wish more kids could be aware of it!

even though weezer has exploded all over the place, do you still have time for the sg/franklin mint projects? is another tour concievable in the semi-near future?

oh yeah, i record those things all the time. touring is probably not possible in the near future!

1. what albums "changed your life" or heavily influenced you?
talk talk- laughing stock and spirit of eden
gary numan- the pleasure principle
minutemen- double nickles on the dime
the smiths- anything

2. what's all these "technical difficulties" keeping back the SG release in the states?
basically there is a person at universal special markets named kelly martinez and she evidently will not deal with the formalities of letting vast records release the record in the states. whatever
(reporters mental note: hunt down ms. martinez and knock some sense into her)

3. Any closer to a release date for the SG?
you're guess is as good as mine. pretty soon i'm just going to release it myself and if they want to sue me then fine.

4. If you couldn't make a living creating music, what would be your "day job"?
i have absolutely no idea! i've been fired from so many jobs that i've accepted the fact that this is what i am meant to do.

5. how many new songs (not on the album) have you whipped up?
i have about 15 new ones.

6. is there a second SG album a possibility in the somewhat near future?
i think i am going to record a record here in my house and see what happens.

7. how have the SG shows been going?
we played 4 and they were fun but we had to stop for a while.

8. future tour plans?
the rock future is unclear but i plan to play acoustically until then.

9. why did you guys pick velouria to cover?
uh.. i really didn't have anything to do with it.

10. which version do you like better?
i personally prefer the song in half time so i guess ours.

11. what did you think of the "rivers cuomo band/homie songs"?
i thought that was a weird time.

12. i heard something about a special goodness video, is this true? what song?
i made a video for pay no mind. maybe i'll up as mpeg or something if i can get the size reasonable.

13. do you think kurt cobain was murdered?
no

14. best and worst movie that you've seen recently?
rushmore and varsity blues

oh god, i do. by a shark trying to escape!

i dont have any cuz i throw them away if they arent worth keeping but i guess world machine by level 42

i have a 1967 malibu

it would be easier to list the non strange envents

i think its cool. i didn't really notice the accent.

26. favorite tv show?
hardball with chris matthews although i hardly watch tv anymore.

27. do you think you get less recognition or attention being the drummer in weezer?
well, compared to sitting in my bedroom with a four track, no.

28. stupidest weezer rumor that you've heard?
that universal was on the ball with the special goodness.
