Hi, my name is Mary, and I'm 23. As part of my job as inner counselor for our group, I
do everything from lending a supportive ear to working with inside kids and teens who don't
respond to the care given by our other helpers. Along the way, I've gathered quite a list
of self-help links while surfing the web. I hope you find them useful.
For your convenience, links on this page are grouped alphabetically by health issue.
Common triggers will be spoiled, except in the spelling of actual site names. Please
proceed with appropriate caution.
(As of November 1999, I am making an effort to move away from "overspoiling" and have
therefore slightly modified the spoiling of several words. I believe the new format will
provide a balance that acknowledges the needs of most visitors to this site.)
Please also remember that the information provided here is not meant to take the place of
treatment by a qualified health professional. See our disclaimer and safety policy (not
spoiled) for further details.

You may also wish to visit our Staying Safe page.
As of December 2001, we have merged our Safe Kids and Safe Teens pages into the Staying
Safe Page to avoid repetition. We welcome any helpful additions to the revised Staying Safe
page.
Future plans for this page include adding information on our study of Myers-Briggs typology,
as well as some personal information about me.
Peace and healing,
Mary
