Jesus is Cool!

Jesus is cool! I like how he will always listen and stuff. And he will always be my friend no matter what.

Here is something the Bible says about Jesus and kids:

"Jesus [...] called the children to himself and said, 'Let the children come unto me and
do not prevent them; for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Amen, whoever
does not accept the kingdom of God like a child will not enter it.'"
--Luke 18:16-17

That means kids know the best way to love, and that includes loving God and Jesus too. So that's why Jesus wants everyone to love God the way us kids do.

I have my own Jesus bookmark. It shows a modern Jesus. My bigs tell me to remember that the artists who drew Jesus different ways still loved him even if they drew him a little different. But I like it when he looks like a guy today looks.
