Sirithre's Stitches -- All kinds of video game sprite stitches, including Kefka, Leon and the Final Fantasy I characters. There's also a Tonberry!.

Zell Dincht from Final Fantasy VIII -- Just what it says! Zell Dincht, stitched on linen. Based on a sprite.

Nat!'s Final Fantasy 3 / 6 Cross Stitch -- An extra-spriteful design with Magicite, beads, blending filament, and more.

Grace's Final Fantasy 3 / 6 Cross Stitch -- All the cast (minus Interceptor the dog) rendered in cross stitch.

Final Fantasy VIII / 8 -- I started this one in fall 2001, and then we moved and it wasn't rediscovered until March 2003. Ouch. It's 1-1/2 sprites so far of FF8 characters. Should have all the characters, though, but we will see - maybe I'll limit it to the SeeDs.

Lost Days -- also has some video game and Final Fantasy xstitch on it.
