the following are locations that we have researched the most and intend to do the most investigating at. these are not the only places we have researched. these are just the ones that we found most intriguing and wanted to expand our knowledge on.



lake street lake |
this sight was originally a small dairy farm, but was later turned into a skating rink. after numerous accidental deaths occurred the lake was drained and is now a grassy area. many sightings of a blue light image of a man have been seen near the creek that used to feed into the lake.

capitol building |
a maintenance man who was fixing a lightbulb fell to his death and is said to haunt the 14th floor. you can hear his sobbing.
also the stairs leading to the top storage level are haunted by a worker who also fell to her death after becoming dizzy while walking up the narrow staircase. she fell from the 12th floor. you can see a fog of her fall past while on the rotating stairs.
also a native american is supposed to haunt the basement of the building because he believed that the place where it was built was sacred.

hobbitsville house |
a girl drown in the pool located on the property and now haunts the property.
also there have been stories of a child falling to its death in the wishing well located in the yard.

robber's cave |
named after jesse james the cave was originally one of the five caves that was sacred to the Pawnee Indians where they could contact the one god of all things, Tirawa. they held initiations and ceremonies in the caves until 1858 when white soilders moved the native americans to reservations. the cave was also used during the 1860's by settlers and runaway slaves. the caves supposedly no longer exist, but while they were able to be visited people heard distant chanting and whipering.

antelope park |
near the memorial, there have been numerous sightings of figures darting into the trees.

the temple building |
a man working on the construction of the building in the 1900's fell from one of the rafters and died as he hit the stage floor. it is said that people often hear a noise that is followed by a loud crashing sound at the stage. when the stage is investigated there is nothing there. it is also said that some have seen his ghostly figure walking the area.
a young man also fell onto the stage at the Temple Building. in the 1940's the boy was preparing for a performance of Macbeth when he fell from the overhead rigging. it is said that he returned to haunt his fellow thesbians. also whenever Macbeth is presented, his ghost is seen near the stage.
