Sophie is currently active in being a beloved pet! In the summer of 2006 she came back to stay with us for a few months, while we searched for a forever home for her. She tugged hard at our heartstrings, but we new when we talked with Jeff, in Miami, Florida, that is where she deserved to be.
She is now a very active companion to him, she jogs 2+ miles with him every morning, talks mile long walks around their private island community every evening and visits the are dog parks regularly. She has also been certified as a Therapy dog and visits the local hospital as well as a local retirement home. I'm told that she's overcoming her crate anxiety and is doing much better then right after I left, which is great to hear.
Sophie, is an extremely smart weimaraner, one of the smartest I've met to date. When discussing her with my co-breeder Sharon, she said that she sounded just like her Grandma Kali...sometimes too smart for her own good!
