Gravenbergh was born on 23 Jun 1806 in Middletown, Montgomery, New York. ⁽¹²³⁾ He was baptized on 13 Jul 1806 in Reformed Dutch Church of Canejoharie, Middletown, Montgomery, New York.⁽¹²⁴⁾ He was living in 1830 in Johnstown Twp, Fulton Co., New York. ⁽¹²⁵⁾ He died between 1855 and 1860. John was a witness at his daughter's wedding in August of 1855, but was not living with his family in 1860 and is presumed to be dead.
