My Reviews:
I've written the
following reviews in as objective a manner as possible. Hopefully these
will help you decide if you are thinking of buying one of these. The *
denotes models still available new, or an upgraded but operationally similar
model is still available.
In the case of the
4 small Satellit models listed, (300/400/500/700), if you are interested
in one, it may be worth reading the others too, as there is some cross-referencing.
For example, did you know there are some things the Satellit 400 does better
than the 700? Find out more on the Satellit 400 review page.

Reviews by others:
The following are
taken from the Passport To World Band Radio. Now, while I appreciate that
their reviews are under copyright, the following are all obsolete, ie)
no longer available in any form from the publishers. Therefore, I believe
that no harm is being done to them by my displaying the information here.
There are reviews of equipment in the 1996 issue which are still in use
in the current copy, such as the Yacht Boy 400, which has changed little,
bar a minor restyle and name change to G4000. I have not published those,
in order to keep to the spirit of not infringing copyright.
Coming
Up: Radios that were expected in 1996. Not only features the Satellit
900, but the Radio Shack DX395, which was an American version of the Ocean
Boy 340.
