We wanted to gain information about activities that other troops have done. If we share experiences, we could deliver a better program to the girls. Each leader has their own strengths and weaknesses. We had tried this once before but had a poor turnout. |

We had a wonderful time sharing lots of ideas. Attendance was much better this year and everyone liked the format. We couldn't make the choices between the break-out sessions so we all decided to save time for each topic. We talked through lunch and stayed longer in the afternoon. It was a good time and hopefully it will improve the quality of each troop. |
