Your initial past life regression includes a background lecture by Sean on Hindu, Buddhist and Jewish ideas around reincarnation and rebirth. Group souls are discussed, along with genetic and akashic records theory regarding reincarnation.

Sean walks you through two exercises to help determine possible past lives. After this you are regressed for one lifetime where you will remember two birthdays, the happiest day of that life, the most important day and the day you died.
