My surgery is less than a week away. I'm excited, but so nervous, too! My Mom took my "before" pictures, and on Thursday she'll take pictures with the pre-surgical markings. I've dealt with so much B.S. to get here, and I can't believe its so close!
I'm lucky that I know other people that have had the surgery done, and two of them by the same surgeon that will be doing mine. The internet has been a wonderful resource for me in learning more about what's going to happen during and after the surgery. Everyone who has this operation done has their own story ... this is mine.
