They were engaged almost immediately – Napoleon was hit by G-Spot whilst using his radio, Android took up a defensive position. But eventually fell to the cloud of pellets created by 3 AEGs (KK + G).
G-man rushed down hill, only spotting the bunker at the last second. Managing to dive into cover, he tagged Strach with a great initial burst. Wraith and Saul pressured LonePig and called G-Man in. “Locking them down” G-Man pushed Lonepig into the trench. However, LonePig escaped behind his Hunters. Both Wraith and Saul’s batteries were nearly flat.
From past experience, NAPOLEON knew the likely direction for attack would be along the bottom edge, falling back he found some of his team in the trees above the bunker. Rushing forward he jumped into the ditch at the rear of the land. At the same time, WRAITH made a run into the bunker to light the Pyro. His battery ran out, just as he entered the bunker! What followed has to be a classic firefight, all that could be seen was a hand holding a lighter! In an attempt to save the game, NAPOLEON switched to auto and began to empty short bursts into the bunker. Just as the pyro went off, his battery died! |
