GWA News

Hirings - There were no hirings this week.

Firings - There were no firings this week.

GWA Site News - We are an affiliate of IWN but there are a few things that we have to do to get on there officially. We put the link up on the site but we need to get the password to the board to put GWA news on it. We are going to start up the quote section. After Payback voting for the GWA Annual Awards will begin. The event is slated for Monday, June 25. Rules on how to vote will be up after Payback.

Rumors

Death Knight - In a surprise move this week Death Knight left the Innovators of Violence, now The Triple Threat, and went with Nemisis. The Triple Threat is angry at Death Knight along with Nemisis but they haven't really shown it on GWA programming yet. Expect their anger on Death Knight to come out in the coming weeks leading up to Payback. This will probably result in a Death Knight and Bill Ingram match up. But could it be for a title? Bill Ingram is in a heavy heated chase for the European Championship and don't count out Death Knight in either the Hardcore or Intercontinental Championship races. But Death Knight might even face Weapon X for the Intercontinental Title and maybe Bill Ingram would fight for the European Title. It will be interesting to see how this unfolds.

Skitzo - Skitzo, once again is not a very happy person. First he wasn't happy with our antics, meaning The Very Tough Censors. Then he wasn't happy with The Vester Lectum. Now he isn't happy with winning by disqualification to Bezerker. Skitzo says that he deserves to have the championship match. As we know this week on Rage, Skitzo was taking down Bezerker in his title match, but then was taken out by The Vester Lectum. He is not happy with Boomer with the outcome of the match and feels he should be the GWA Champions and that Tha B.M.F. should not get the title shot at GWA Payback. People here in the GWA have to make their way up the ladder, no matter how good they are. If they are good they make it up faster then others.

Weapon X - Weapon X is currently looking for something to do. The creative team is trying to figure something out, but without a distinct heel or face character, it is hard to do. If Weapon X turns heel then he more then likely will face someone like Death Knight or Destroyer for the GWA Intercontinental Championship. If he turns face, he can face anyone from myself, Mr. Val, to Bill Ingram to Beachdude. The doors are wide open for Weapon X but no matter what character he turns into, the matches will be exciting because Weapon X is a hard worker and has been since his induction to the old GWWF as HBK Joe Coleman.

The Small Print

Ryan ELias is back and as of now it is unlikely that Da Kid will sign with the GWA.

After costing Skitzo the match at Wrestlefest II, Eclipse has been a no show. This is not making any one on the staff happy.

Tank will not fight with Too Phat at Payback but will probably be in a Hardcore Match. Too Phat will be in a Tag Team Match.

Boomer will probably tag team with Beachdude at Payback against any team right now.

Bluedust is the new Cruiserweight Champion making him the first actuall Cruiserwieght to win the belt since Y-Pac in July. ( I was five pounds over.)
