Upon signing of this contract a deposit of 50% of the package price is
due. The balance is due upon collection of proof album.
This constitutes an order and contract for wedding photography
services. Upon signing, Gerhard Weber Photography will reserve the
time and date agreed upon, and will not make any other reservations for
that time and date.
For this reason, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, even if the date is
changed or the wedding is cancelled for any reason.
It is agreed that Gerhard Weber Photography is the exclusive
stills photographer.
Gerhard Weber Photography will take great care with exposure,
development and delivery of photographs. In the event of loss, damage, or
failure to deliver photographs for any reason, liability is limited to the
return of all deposits made.
Upon final payment, all negatives will become the property of the
contracting party. Gerhard Weber Photography reserves the right to
produce additional prints for advertising or promotion (both in
print and on our website) display, or any use thought proper by Gerhard Weber Photography.
Packages may be upgraded at any time but may not be downgraded to a
smaller package.
Your signature below indicates that all terms of this contract are
understood and agreed upon.
