This
is where I get to bore the hell outta ya.*weg*
In
my last edit of this page, I told you that I was a marketing
director... well... WAS is the operative word. Currently, I'm
slugging away part time on an assembly line. Not quite my idea of a
good time, but one has to go where the work is.*g*
Putting
work to the side, as I so love to do, I'm an artist in real life,
and now on-line as well. Since my last update, about a year ago, I've
expanded my skills to include web design and chat room avatars.
I
began as an artist, same time most did... as a kid.*g* I've read
recently where an artist says, "We're ALL artists when we are
born... in adulthood, an artist is merely one who has never outgrown
the desire to create from within, or has re-tapped that urge.*s*
In
junior high school is where I really began to blossom as an artist.
(Yes friend... I'm gonna tell you a story... no sleeping now!*grin*)
When
I was growing my, my sister, Tonya, was very popular. For a long
time, I thought she could do almost anything! I mean, she was highly
athletic, in just about every club you could think of, and an 'A'
student to boot! You could say that everything I did, I did under her shadow.
One
thing she couldn't do, that I could, was take a blank piece of paper
and a pencil and bring something to life on it.
Put
it all together, and you now have the origin of my net name... "ShadowArtist".

Since
I began on the internet almost a year ago, I have had a lot of fun
in chat. In fact, chat is really the activity that got me interested
in web page and graphic design. Everything you see here is a result
of a lot of trial and error on my part.:) MOSTLY errors, if you ask me!*LMAO* |
