ROSTER FINALIZED
Your roster must be set and sent into yahoo groups, emailed or phoned
into the commissioner's office by 1-HR before game time on the day of the
week's first game. The week will offically begin at 11:30 pm Monday Night or
immediately following the MNF game, whichever comes first. If you do not send
in a roster your previous week's roster will be used. Example: If there is a 7pm
Thursday Night Game your roster must be set and sent in by 6pm on
Thursday. That roster would take you through the up-coming MNF game.

FREE AGENTS
Each team can make 3-Free Agent moves per week. The Free Agent
signing period for each week will begin at 8pm Sunday Night. However,
teams can only drop players from their bench at this time. Teams can
begin to drop starters from their roster at 11:30pm Monday Night or
immediately following the MNF game, whichever comes first.
Starters cannot be dropped at the 8pm Sunday night time since
they have not finished playing that week's games yet. Free Agents
will be awarded to the team that posts their transaction/s on the
RSFootballLeague yahoo groups site first. The commissioner's office
will settle any free agent disputes. Free Agents can be aquired from
immediately following the draft until the season's final game. Free Agents
cannot be acquired during the off-season. NOTE: Dingo says Rick Mirer
is a very good free agent pick up at any time in the season

TRADES
Trades can be made at any time during the season. In order for the
players involved in a trade to be eligible for that week's game, the trade but must
be completed and recogized by the RSFL League Office by 5 p.m. the day
before the weeks first game. The Commissioner's Office reserves the right to
nulify any/all trades it deems unfair. Note: Dingo thinks this again will be Rick
Mirer's year and is open to trading for him, yet again!

EYHOR CLAUSE: If two teams make a trade involving a draft pick/s and later Team A
leaves the league before Team B gets to use the pick/s acquired from Team A, Team B,
or the team staying in the league, will still get to retain the picks acquired in the trade.
Or conversely Team A trades a pick to Team B and then Team B leaves the league,
Team A does not get the pick back in the draft because Team B left.
EX: Team A trades its 3rd and 4th round picks to Team B for QB-Derek Anderson-CLE
during the season. Based on their record Team A's picks would have been the 5th pick
in round 3 and 4 in the upcoming draft. At the end of the year Team A decides it will not
return to the leauge. Team B would still get the 5th pick (Team A's picks) in the 3rd and
4th round. The new team coming into the league would get the top pick in each round
and slide every team down one spot. There would end up being 13 picks in rounds
3 and 4.
