ROCKOT is an adaptation of the SS-19 ICBM like the Dnepr program. It is a three stage liquid propellant launcher with the re-ignitable, highly maneuverable new Breeze upper stage, capable of launching up to 1900 kgs payload into Low Earth Orbit LEO. This makes it particularly suited to the rapidly growing launch services market for satellite constellations. ROCKOT has the capability to launch several satellites in one launch. The launch vehicle configuration comprises a booster unit containing the first and second stages and an upper composite unit consisting of the inter stage, the Breeze upper stage, the payload adapter, the payload and the fairing. The overall launch vehicle length is 29 metres. The external diameter of the 1st and 2nd stages is 2.5 metres except for the fairing which is 2.6 metres. The launch mass is approximately 107 metric tons.
