step is to purchase a Level 1 Starter Package for
$55, which includes your membership card, introductory
booklet and four Level 1 classes. The Starter Package
introduces you to the basics principles of Kundalini Yoga.
Completion of the five Level 1 classes enables you to
attend any of our courses or Level 2/3 classes with confidence.
