River Road House
Years ago, a man built a house for he and his wife; a few decades later he succumbed to cancer. His wife then moved out and sold it quite easily, but no family has been able to stay there for very long.

The lot (5 acres) is overgrown and the siding is coming off in places; a few reports stated that the ghost of the husband keeps anyone from living there, since it is his house; he supposedly doesn't know he's dead.
