In this group, a couple of million for a weekend is like me spending a dollar for a beer back in the days when I drank. Guess it would have to be 2 to 4 dollars now. Anyway, these people have so much money that should they stop every business venture, every generation in their familites following them could not likely ever spend all the money unless they made a conscientious, intentional effort to do so.

Anyway, the billions whacked away just aren’t enough. They have to have more. Why? Who knows - maybe just the unbalanced need for more money which translates to power in the world as we now know it. And they are unbalanced since money actually has zero value. But, that’s another story.

In the country you are pretending to live in, these super wealthy people recognize the easiest way to get more money is by corrupting those in government. So, they set out to do just that. They do so by making promises of great benefits to those that help them - and they keep the promises.

So the weak in the governing of this nation become owned by the super wealthy.

How to get more, though, is paramount in their sick minds. Why, the solution is so simple. First, they stage a war. And, to help out in the war effort, they get people to give the government additional money to help the war effort. Or, so they think.

They are called unpatriotic and ostracized by those who do give if they don’t. They give the volunteered money a name - The Victory Tax - a tax which was to be in force for two years (1943 and 1944).

By the end of the war, about two years later, the people have forgotten they don’t have to pay the money - they think they have to by now. So, they keep volunteering part of their money.

Plus, a fictitious debt is created, the National Debt. Get real. How can a country owe itself? Why should it have to borrow when all that is needed is money from the people to support a central government? Why in the hell should the richest nation on Earth, the one that gives tremendous amounts to other nations be in debt?

But there is a fly in the ointment as some knew the truth. And, at all costs, including human life, the truth must be avoided. So, in 1953, a guy in control finds a way.

In one of the country’s possessions, there was a bureau, actually a ‘Trust/s’ that had been established to collect various taxes from this country’s possessions, other properties, and from the seat of the government itself.

Now, the seat of government could put any law in effect as long as it concerned only the citizens who dwelled there as citizens, or the possessions. But, it could not legally put any law on the citizens it was set up to protect. The citizens of the nation did not fall under the jurisdiction of this essentially foreign land’s edicts.

But, volunteered money was okay. And fooling the people into volunteering their earnings as meeting the qualifications placed on earnings in the foreign possessions, including the seat of government, was okay and something they could get by with since the government's courts were also corrupt and in on the scheme. So, this rather dispicable person who assured the greatest fraud in history would stay in effect, G.K. Humphrey, without government approval of any nature and only the (get this) “by virtue of the authority vested in me”, changed the name of the trust established to collect excise tax in foreign possessions.

By doing so, the people of the nation believed this foreign bureaus was a federal agency with control over the citizens of the nation’s sovereign States. The result was the people were sucked in by a complete fraud perpetrated and perpetuated to this day by the government of this nation which is now commonly known to be led by thieves, immoral and unethical types.

Sounds like a rather stupid unbelievable story, doesn’t it? How could people be so stupid to believe any government could do that to its people? How could they be that gullible? My gosh, the government protects its people in lands of the free, don’t they?

It may be unbelievable but - fiction? Not hardly.

You see, the country is the United States of America. The government is the US Government, an independent corporation that may place any edict it wishes on the citizens of the District of Columbia, the possessions, and other federal properties, and its citizens wherever they may be in the world with the requirement in the case of federal income tax that the country does have a tax treaty with the US Government.

The people who have been fooled are the American people. Many know the truth but are terrified to demand their rights. Trillions upon trillions of dollars and properties have been seized by the government illegally and many people have been killed, from mobsters to ‘moonshine’ peddlers to innocent citizens, in order to terrify the masses into submission to requirements that are non-existent (unless one is a foreigner earning money in the states or has a foreign income in excess of $70.000 from a foreign tax treaty source).

Although greatly simplified, this is the essence of the income tax fraud on the citizens of the united States of America. The IRS DOES NOT HAVE JURISDICTION OVER THE PEOPLE OF THIS NATION (which includes only the 50 states and does not include the District of Columbia), nor does it even exist as an agency of the US Department of the Treasury. (If you care to check this out for yourself, go to your local library and look up the agencies of the department in Title 31, Chapter 3.)

Think. How could the IRS be an agency when the Constitution is quite clear in stating direct tax may not be applied to citizen’s earnings?

What does exist is the Internal Revenue Service of Puerto Rico (or the Philippines), a TRUST. As a matter of fact, should you have property illegally seized by the IRS, you will have to fight it out with US Customs, a foreign entity to the States making up this nation, when attempting to recover the property.

Folks, federal (and state) income tax is a con, plain and simple. We, the citizens of this nation, are being stolen blind by a malevolent government which is making its supporting factions even the richer of the rich.

One of these factions is the Federal Reserve Bank, an independent business. (Just for interest, if you paid income tax by check in the past, look at the endorsement on the check.)

You can continue working nearly half the year for the government or you can work the entire year for yourself and your family by standing together as a unit demanding the government and every business obey the Constitution of the United States and the true interpretation of USC 26, Subtitles A and C.

You see, whether the fraud continues is up to you, The People, not Congress nor any other group including the slime balls in the IRS.
