Anyway, I was thinking of a case I am putting together against Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. You see, they are withholding money from me and giving it to the government, an act to which they haven’t any legal right or obligation to do. But, I must deal with attorneys and courts (judges) in the past who haven’t an inkling of law or how to read apparently.

See, the Constitution of the united States of America states that no citizen may be directly taxed. States can be directly taxed but citizens cannot be. It is written in English and easily understood.

It is also stated quite clearly that Congress may not, I repeat, may not write any law which is repugnant to the Constitution. The 16th Amendment would be if it stated what everyone (those who haven’t read US Supreme Court rulings concerning the same) believes it stated - that it allowed government to directly tax citizens’ domestic earnings.

Since it cannot be in opposition to the Constitution, it must be talking about indirectly taxing people which is okay. It is just worded so as to cause people to believe it is a valid amendment.

Actually, the 16th Amendment only supports what the Constitution states. That is according to the Supreme Court in several cases. And damn the lower courts to hell. They haven’t a clue, nor do attorneys (not all but most) as to the tax allowed by the Constitution. They only go along with the IRS gang and government to keep their own butts out of hot water.

Anyway, while I try to get Wal-Mart to understand the law as written, which is nearly impossible since I must deal with attorneys who think they know law instead of knowing “laws”, I have thousands of dollars stolen from me.

No doubt if we went to court, the judges who are just as ignorant of law and of obeying the laws as written, would decide in favor of Wal-Mart and against the Constitution, even though the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land (Article VI, Clause 2). How can this be? Because ignorance in this nation prevails. 50 percent of the people are functionally illiterate and those that can read - don’t. We bow to government even though we know government is wrong. We don’t “fight City Hall” because we are afraid to.

So, the ignorance of attorneys and judges, along with the corrupt in government, rule. In example, the attorney I have dealt with exhibits the ultimate in ignorance - the refusal to gain in knowledge. But he has control over my W-2 and that, quite frankly, sucks. He gives false information concerning me while the government, along with those good old bully boys from the IRS, supports him rather than the Constitution of this nation.

I should be able to take my case to courts (the courts do belong to the people, don’t they?) with two documents - the Constitution of the United States of America and my birth certificate which states my place of birth (and, hence, my citizenship) as being in one of the soveriegn states, Missouri (I no longer used the government fraudulent abbreviation) - along with two landmark Supreme Court rulings and force Wal-Mart to return all money stolen from me by them and the government to return all money ever taken from me in the form of direct taxation, the so-called fraudulent ‘federal income tax’ as applied to citizen’s earnings.

But, Folks, it won’t happen. And why? Because ignorance prevails. And attorneys, judges, and those in government want it to stay that way.
