Yes, I am sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Personal note: What a way to spend the last Christmas of the century. Sucks but I cannot do otherwise, it seems.

Yep, I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. Of what you might ask. And that would be a question I hope to answer in very few words for a change.

I am sick and tired of Clinton being blamed for the state of tyranny we are in. I am sick of most writers who get published on the web and mainstream media with a wild anti-Clinton hair up their butts putting blame and illogic where it doesn’t belong - in front of the American people who are failing in their responsibility, anyway, and don’t need additional help at it.

Well, that answered the question but I can't stop now. You see, Clinton is only doing as the Legislative, Executive , and Judicial branches of government have done for generations, not just the past 7 years. But, then again, one must keep in mind that many of these who do put the blame just on Clinton are also Republicans and want to see another Republican president.

It matters not who as the choices would be just as bad as Reagan, the actor, and Bush, who may have been the most crooked president who ever held the office. It is a toss up between Reagan and Bush as to which would hold this title, were ALL the facts known and were such a dubious title given.

The federal government, a separate entity from the 50 states, could be done away with anytime by the people of the 50 states. It really hasn’t much power, other than the military, law enforcement agencies, including (now) armed postal workers, and relies on intimidation of the American people.

It has no power of taxing American citizen’s incomes and yet it does. It robs Americans of five months of income every year and does not have the power to do so. The IRS doesn’t even exist as an agency over the people of the 50 states. And, yet, it, along with government and ignorant employers, continue to take money from people that neither one of these have the power to do at the tune of about 8 trillion dollars per year.

The federal government has very little power to tell any American citizen what to do. And, yet, it does so. It invades our lives, our homes, our property, and treats citizens as nothing more than slaves to do its bidding.

And this includes state and city governments along with the feds. All are limited and can do no more than the Constitution allows. No government has the constitutional right to tell you what you may do with your property.

Even growing marijuana is not probibited by the Constitution nor is its use. Nor is making your own booze in any amount you want. Nor is the sell of either prohibited. In the case of alcohol, it is just the taxes that the feds want. That is why the sell is prohibitied. As a matter of fact, Al Capone was prosecuted and imprisoned for invasion of taxes. People assume this to be "personal income tax" but that isn't true. He was convicted for evading the excise tax due on alcohol distribution.

Actually, point it out to me - where in the Consitution does it state government has the power to tell any citizen what they may or may not subject their bodies to? Our bodies are our property which is constitutionally protected to do with as we wish.

If you are a woman who wishes to sell her sex, then so be it. Government hasn’t the power to state otherwise. Even prostitution was recognized in the Bible and, if I recall correctly, not astrocized but, instead, as a means of release for a man ‘rather than sowing his seed on the ground’. Of course, now there are also male prostitutes, prostitutes for switch hitters (AC-DC types), prostitutes just for queers (now politically correct to say homosexuals or ‘gays’), prostitutes for three-somes (or more) in every combination of sexes. And, of course, the state capitols abound with prostitutes as does the District of Columbia.

But, the feds seem to tolerate it there as never do we hear of sting operations in the capitol of this nation which is probably based on the fact that on a given day, anyone of them could be caught in the act of soliciting the favors of a prostitute or being engaged in activities with one or more.

And, of course, we must realize the District of Columbia is not a part of the 50 states. It is a separate entity that operates under its own rules. And very few of the rules that apply to citizens (unconstitutionally, of course) seem to apply to the rather dubious types we now have determining the fate of this nation.

After all, the federal government has more felons, immoral, and unethical characters per square foot than any other square area of the nation, especially when Congress is in session.

Since the federal government in fact does not have much power, what writers should be writing about, and TV commentators talking about and insisting on, is removing every iota of ‘assumed’ power the federal government has taken on.

If this means doing away with the current government and wiping the District of Columbia clean of all those who do not tell the American people the truth concerning the Constitution, then so be it. Bulldoze them out if necessary.

Or, fence off the District of Columbia as a land of criminals (sort of like Australia in its days of old), remove any power whatsoever as a governing body of the 50 states, establish another area (I would gladly donate my 15 acres in Missouri) with a central government that realizes the American people are fed up with a government that is intent on removing rights rather than meeting the duties outlined in the Constitution of the States.

Mainstrea media, including many of those proclaiming themselves to be patriots and the like, is not telling the people the truth about taxes, property rights of the individual, and the extremely limited power of the central government. Instead, these puppets use their pubications or commentary time on the airways as nothing but an extension of political game playing that is done by the corrupted dozens in Washington and the various state capitols.

Those who are Republican blame Clinton for the ills of a government gone crazy with power but it is not just Clinton - it is the whole stinking lot of them as they are one and the same practically speaking. Government has removed power from the people under every president of late, whether Republican or Democrat.

And, to be quite honest, the falsehoods of income taxation have been perpetrated and continued by both parties as has every individual liberty-robbing legislation passed. Thus, the parties are one and the same, the government.

If you care to get right down to it, there is the people and there is the government. The people have the constitutional power over government while the government is nothing but a tool for the people to use to protect their constitutional rights and to protect as in common defense of the states. These are the two parties, so to speak.

One party, the party I belong to, the American people, has failed miserably in its responsibility of assuring the government does no more than allowed by the Constitution. A Republic simply cannot survive long (and a couple of centuries is not long as far as history is concerned) without the people meeting this obligation.

One of the obligations is to stop government in its tracks when government does more than it is allowed. But the people failed and allowed government to become filled with corrupted people who care not for the liberties of the individual but only for the power it can acquire by intimidating the people into submission.

One might conclude right now that we are no longer a Republic if one investigates the falsehoods people obey as bonafide 'laws'. Here are just a few examples of what the government has done (including state governments) that it does not have the constitutional authority to do.

Demand any citizen of the 50 states to get an identifying number. Even aliens who become naturalized citizens no longer must be identifiable by number.

Demand and take earnings of citizens with domestic earnings only.

Make laws concerning what you may or may not do with your property.

Tax said property. No direct tax can be placed on any person’s property.

Demand vehicles be licensed. They are also personal property. Nor can they be taxed directly.

Tax your labor by demanding you get a license to do business, such as a contractor or handy man. A person’s skill and good name will be the determining aspect of whether or not the person stays in business just as it was up and until just twenty years or so in the past.

Making liquor.. You may do with your property as you wish. Or to buy homemade liquor. That is individual choice. But, government wants the taxes and has, therefore, made this illegal.

Respond to IRS demands. The IRS hasn’t any power over the people of the 50 states but only over the District of Columbia and possessions. In regards to the 50 states, this band of thieves was never established. It was and is authorized to operate only in the District of Columbia and the possessions. And, even in this capacity, it was meant to collect imposts, duites, and excise tax, not personal income tax.

The truth is the IRS is nothing more than a renaming of a trust set up to collect the above taxes, the Bureau of Puerto Rico or the Bureau of the Phillippine Islands. Its real power is zero in regards to the people of the United States of America.

Invade your property in the name of fighting crime and drugs. Government doesn’t have the right to even go on your property without proper investigation and the high probability that illegal activities are taking place, illegal meaning acts that might be detrimental to the well-being and constitutional rights of others.

A tip does not accomplish this and dozens of lives could be saved or protected by law enforcement being properly punished for said violation of individual liberties.

To stop you as you drive down a roadway. Government does not have this power in this nation. Other countries do but they are totalitarian countries in which the people are subservient to government.

Require auto insurance. No doubt this is a big kickback system in which the only losers are the American people. I have to have insurance and, yet, I also have to have insurance to protect me against those who don’t. Big billion dollar annual income to insurers, wouldn’t you say.

And, since it is so, don’t you rather believe it came about because of corrupt politicians holding hands with the insurers and some mutual back-scratching going on?

Speaking of autos, it is rather questionable whether government can ever require one to have a driver’s license. Seems this is just another way to directly tax a person and to establish a means of identification for the government. If I am not mistaken, in the early days of autos, no licenses of any nature were required.

Giving a driving test is fine so as to protect other people. But, other than simply approving by maybe the inspector signing and dating the back of a picture (kept only by the individual), no further information should be retained. The government hasn’t the power to keep such databases on people as people’s privacy is protected.

And, once tested, why should any person ever have to renew? That is just a means of taxing a person’s talent, his ability to drive, directly no matter how it is manipulated as to meaning.

Without the license, one does not have government’s permission to drive and the only reason can be to get the money - a form of direct taxation as is all money taken from people and given directly to government. And directly taxing a person’s property, his talent, is prohibited by the Constitution.

Education. Who in the devil ever said government had the power to make demands and laws concerning any level of education? And, if someone in power did say so, what gave them the power to get any legislation concerning individual learning passed? Not the Constitution. So, it must have been exceeding the power of the government. It is individual choice as to level of education.

And, to tax people for education who don’t have school-age children. What a violation of the Constitution this is. Put education on an ‘individual-pay-to-go-to-privately-owned-schools and see the level of learning go up.

No matter what one may think, personal property being taxed to support public schools makes those schools government schools. Government then can dictate and control curriculum or lack of curriculem by threatening to remove funds and the like.

Government, however, needs an ignorant people and, thus, will maintain public education as it is. That is a fact not refutable by the degree of failure that has occurred with government schools.

This list could go on but, suffice it to say, hundreds of liberties protected by the Constitution have been affected by government illegally. The people could have stopped any and all violations to liberty.

But, people, being rather lazy and not wanting to put out the effort and time to do so have allowed the federal government to become what it is, a tyrannical thieving government NOT of the people, for the people, and by the people but, instead, for themselves and their bank accounts.

So, you see, what I am sick and tired of being sick and tired of is people bitching and complaining while not having any intent of getting involved to the degree necessary to change the atrocities being committed by government and by mainstream media. It is the people I blame, including myself.

I have changed myself and am now quite involved, quite probably spending and having spent more time, money, and effort in the cause of the Constitution and the truth from mainstream media than all the voters in my community put together. That is sad and the best indicator of a totalitarian government in the process of being completed.

What I am saying, Ladies and Gentlemen, is - don’t just bitch. Do something about those actions government and mainstream media are doing that you know are wrong. Get off your dead asses and go to work to protect this Republic.

Otherwise, don’t expect the Constitution of the United States of America, to protect your rights as a free person. Expect just the opposite with you having only have yourself to blame for your servitude to Big Government.
