The hara chakra stands for feelings. Feelings for your self but also feelings for the out side world. The base feelings of every person are: angry, scared, sad and happy. When your able to express these feelings and not suppress them as many people do, your hara chakra will be healthy.

The number of this chakra is 6, so all shapes and lines will return six times. The base color is orange and the opponent blue. Because of the fact that this chakra belongs to the element of water you have to try to put some movement in your drawing. Make lots of waves and draw just to one side.
