                   Eric Ong

Has been helping people from all walks of life improve their Health & Sports' Performance for the past 15 years, traveled extensively namely Japan-Tokyo & Yokohama, New York City, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore to share his cutting edge knowledge on Sports' Performance Training & State of the Art Nutrition. His involvement in the Health and Fitness Industry has been all encompassing.

He has worked on and managed the gym floor, instructed circuit, Tae Kwon Do, KickBoxing and Aqua Fitness Classes and has personally trained a wide variety of clients. Eric is recognized and certified by FISAF (Federation Internationale des Sports Aerobics et. Fitness) and NSW ACHPER as both a Fitness Leader & Personal Trainer. He is also registered with Australian Fitness Advisory Council.

He holds a black belt (second dan) in Tae Kwon Do with the World Martial Arts Congress Association Education (WMACAE) and has participated in the ASEAN countries' tournaments and demonstrations.

Dearest Friends,

What is your single most important investment in your life? Is it your home, car, stocks & shares or precious stones & metal etc.....? What if I were to tell you that the single most important investment is your very own body, health or fitness....however you like to call it.

Most of us put ourselves through a lot of stress everyday: working and accumulating our wealth. We indulge in good food and occasionally subject our body to further neglect by alcohol consumption and smoking. We never did think about the consequences of the future has on our body/health/fitness level.

Like the saying goes: If you do not look after your body, your body is not going to look after you! That is when we fall sick and sometimes so bad, we have to be moved to a hospital. That is when the medical fees start to dig into our very own financial reservoir that we have have been saving to provide a "better future" for ourselves. Wouldn't you agree with me that we are better off in life if we strike a balance between work and exercise (exercise=fitness + health). As the saying goes: Prevention is better than cure.

May I offer you a health and a nicer, fitter body of your own, something you can own, something which you can hold on to and be proud of. Give me 3 times(each time an hour) a week in the gym and I promise you, you will be the proud owner of a brand new, healthier, fitter and nicer looking body! And it doesn't matter whether if you are 22 or 62, man or woman, fit or unfit, No matter who you are, this much I promise you; we do have the power to change!!
