Standard 3: Exercise Physiology - Students will achieve and maintain a health enhancing level of physical fitness.
Develop and follow a monthly personal fitness plan (warm up, flexibility, muscle strength, muscle endurance, body composition, cardiorespiratory, and cool down), taking into account the FITT (Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type) guidelines.
