John CALLAHAN who married Lavinia MASON (Viney) in Campbell County, Virginia, on January 12, 1819. Lavinia was the daughter of Martin MASON of Campbell County. Their children were:

Born 1820 in Campbell County. On December 14, 1841, in Campbell County he married his cousin Elizabeth Jane CALLAHAN daughter of Stephen CALLAHAN/CALLAHAMand Pheby PHILLIPS. In 1848 Martin and Elizabeth along with their children and Elizabeth's brother, Thomas moved to Panola County, Texas. Martin and Elizabeth's children were:

Born in Campbell County, VA. on December 12, 1821. He married Permelia Frances ARTHUR (b. Oct. 11, 1814 d. March 10, 1884) in Campbell County, Va. on December 19, 1842. Permelia was the daughter of Barnabas ARTHUR and Elizabeth C. MASON. Their children were:
