Page 1 Dear Editor,

As many times as you change ISP's, e-mail addresses and Instant Messenger screen names, I suggest you start an ISP rating service. You sure do have the experience.

A confused friend

Dear Friend,

I actually only changed ISP's once, and that was from America Online to a local provider. I really like AOL and the many features it provides, but I found a local one for far less than the monthly AOL fee. Thanks to the many free e-mail services out there, I can always be reached at my main address.

BTW - I did notify you each time I assumed a new Instant Message identity, what more do you want?? That's all just part of the fun of being online. I'm learning as I go and the more I learn, the more I want to play with this WWW.

Letters to the Editor policy

"Well, when you're born with the name, you might as well have fun with it!" - editor

Dear Abbey,

I'm about to go on a very long business trip to a foreign country. Any suggestions for keeping tabs on my husband while I'm away?

-Nervous Businesswoman

You mean other than don't go?? (Hey, I never said I was good at this)
