
Ham and Potato Casserole
| 1 (26ounce) pkg. frozen shredded | 1 (1lb) ham slice, cut into bite size | 
| potatoes | 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of | 
| 1/2 teaspoon pepper | potato soup, undiluted | 
| 1/4 grated parmesean cheese | 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese | 
Combine
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
Bake
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes; sprinkle with cheeses and paprika, and bake 5 additional minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield: 4 to 5 servings
