I hope to prove the maiden name of one Cynthia (widow of John Simmons who died in Darlington District, South Carolina ca 1794) who was the 2nd? wife of James Chandler, Sr. of Darlington, who removed to Amite Co., Mississippi ca 1808 (and whose son and dau
