She married #2, Marian Francis RAINS in Holt County, MO on 31 Mar 1868. Marian was a widower who had married #1 Sarah J. HUDGENS. Eliza Ann was the widow of Robert JEFFERS. Marian Francis & Eliza were in Nodaway County on 1860 census & by 1883 were in Brownsville, Nemaha County, NE where they both died and are buried. All but 2 of their 8 daughters were born in MO. | I am looking for information on my Great Great Grandfather Milton CROWELL. He was born 26 September 1844 in Ohio and died 12 January 1916 in Holt Co. He was buried in Oak Grove Cemetery. He married Martha Elizabeth FOSTER, born 20 September 1857 and died 5 Jan 1942 in Holt Co. They were married in Holt Co., MO on 28 September 1876. They had five children: Harry D. CROWELL, James "Jimmie" CROWELL, Grace Deal (CROWELL) CASTLE, Ona Bonnell (CROWELL) KUNKEL (my great grandmother) and Foster Asher CROWELL. Harry died of smallpox 25 May 1901. | I am trying to find information about my great-grandmother Elizabeth Roxellen DUGGER. According to her Social Security application, she was born in Forest City, Holt County, Missouri, on 10 August 1887. On the application, she listed her maiden name as Lizzie Ellen DUGGER. | Needing any information on my great grandparents; Lora Eugene BROWNE and Lora Bell (CUNNINGHAM). Strange indeed that both of their names were Lora, but story has it that is how they were matched up on a blind date. Anyway, they ran a Nursing Home in Oregon, MO, and recently when I visited Oregon, MO, someone had purchased it and was beginning to fix it up. A BIG, HUGE white house...anyone in Oregon should know what house I'm speaking of. I have Lora Eugene's parents as being Charles BROWN and Charity Wilmirth CARTER. Charity was born in MO, but I can't find anything out about her. Charles was born in NY and his parents in England. Their other children were, Francis Marion, Abner J., Clark, John, Jay Hugh, Elizabeth, and Katie, there were 4 more, 2 of which were dead by the 1910 census. | My great grandparents, William A. THOMAS and Cordelia ROWLAND were married on 8 September 1884 in Bigelow, Holt County, Missouri. I do not know who are William's parents or siblings. The marriage certificate shows M. ROWLAND as Cordelia's father. I know nothing more about the ROWLAND/ROLAND family. William and Cordelia had three children: Earnest Edgar, William Howard and Mary Gladys. Mary was born in Bigelow and the boys in Kansas (1900 census).
