The Arkansas Memorial is filled with Rainbow girls from all over the state. These girls come together at Grand Assembly to do a beautiful job under the leadership of Mrs. Robin Banks, PSMA. It is both an honor and a privilage to get to perform this ceremony at our Grand Assembly. We hope you can join us on our Friday night during our Grand Assembly to experience how truly Grand these girls perform there work. This site recognizes the Supreme Assembly of the International Order of the Rainbow for girls. It also recognizes it's founder Rev. W. Mark Sexson, as well as Mrs. Pauline Stonehocker, Supreme Worthy Advisor.
