Mantle Ministries Richard "Little Bear" Wheeler is the owner of mantle
minstries. He is an evangelist and a historian and literally brings History alive for us. I
know many others who can attest to this thought as well. This site has some basic
descriptions of books, audio tapes and video tapes. Brother Wheeler specializes in
republishing out of print historical books both fiction and non-fiction. The audio and video
tapes are actually reenactments of history. We have purchased a few items from him
ourselves and have seen him minister in person. I promise anything your purchase from
him will be uplifting as he has uplifted Jesus in all his works. My children love the history
tapes and I plan on purchasing one thing every month as the money is available. You will
