Ingredients:
3 (8oz.) Pkgs. chocolate chips
2 cups walnuts
1 pint marshmallow cream
(or 2 pkgs. melted marshmallows)
2 teas. vanilla
4 1/2 cups sugar
l large can canned milk
In a large bowl, mix chocolate chips, nuts and marshmallows set aside.
In a very large heavy pan, combine sugar and canned milk.
Bring to a rolling boil over moderate heat. BOIL EXACTLY 7 MINUTES.
STIRRING CONSTANTLY (or to soft ball stage 243 degrees)
Quickly take off the heat and pour over chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Stir quickly with a wooden spoon until well mixed.
Beat in vanilla
Pour into a jelly roll pan with edges that has been well buttered
Score when set. Cut into squares when totally cool.
Refrigerate
I would suggest that if you have weak wrists that you have someone help
you pour the hot fudge into the cookie pan as it is very heavy and hot!
