Ingredients:
1.5 pounds lean, boneless sirloin, cut into thin strips
1 red bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 carrots, chopped
2 tablespoons riche vinegar
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup sherry
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sugar
2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
12 ounces hot cooked vermicelli
Combine all ingredients, except noodles, in crockpot. Cover; cook on Low 8 to 10 hours (High: 4 to 5 hours). Serve over noodles.
