Ever wonder what to feed your growing toddler?  Ever thought of food as a gift?  Stuck for something to cook for yourself tonight?  Well here's a couple of ideas that might help out.

First just a couple of tips:
  • don't worry if they don't like it the first time around.  wait a couple of weeks and then try again.

  • freeze food in icecube trays and once frozen transfer to storage bags.   then just take out as many cubes as needed.

  • remember, if you think it tastes yucky it probably will to your child and it's really hard to convince someone else that this stuff is yummy if you wont try it!

  • choose a couple of recipes and make them all up one one day.  then you don't have the problem of chopping up such small  amounts and you have food ready for the next couple of weeks.

  • most of the vegetables can be chopped up in food processor (saves heaps of time!)
