Special Paws Dog and Cat Sanctuary! Located in Manhattan, Kansas. Special Paws is a newly formed non-profit organization dedicated to the health and well being of dogs and cats with special needs. Elderly pets or those with disabilities are often given up because their owners find it difficult to care for them. Many of these animals are put to death because suitable homes cannot be found for them. Special Paws wants to change that. |
