Mrs. Nora Seymore runs the Caring Hearts Outreach Ministries. She is a strong woman of God. Her shelter in the Fifth Ward houses nine men that would otherwise be homeless, and she feeds 300+ people lunch three days a week. Her mission also provides food to more than 20 families in the Fifth Ward area of Houston, Texas.
