Divided the territories he and his brothers co-ruled on which occassion he received Hadamar, a part of the Esterau, Alt-Weilnau and Kirberg and became Count of Nassau-Hadamar, March 30th, 1607. Received Mengerskirchen, Ellar, Dehrn, Rotzenhahn, Höhn and Rennerod from his brother Georg in 1620. Received the villages Dillhausen and Probbach in 1628. Ceded his part of Alt-Weilnau to Count Wilhelm Ludwig of Nassau-Saarbrücken and Count Johann of Nassau-Idstein in 1631 and received their part of the Esterau in return. Acquired Seck in 1634, Hölzenhausen and Wilmenrod in 1644 and Obertiefenbach in 1469. Granted the rank and title Fürst of the Holy Roman Empire, October 8th, 1650.
