• CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE: A causeway leading to an offshore island needed to be repaired -- and the owner and contractor needed a "rush" schedule to secure financing.  Leonard Herbst worked with the contractor's foremen to develop a resource-loaded, logic-linked critical path schedule in one afternoon.  Construction followed the schedule.
  
• CONSTRUCTION COST TRACKING: A contractor working on a power plant turnaround was asked to provide special cost tracking for the owner.  Leonard Herbst developed a spreadsheet / database application in one-day -- and then trained the contractor's personnel how to use the application.  The contractor's personnel used it successfully the rest of the turnaround.
  
• CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE: A tank bottom ruptured in a natural gas processing plant forcing the plant to shut-down on New Year's Eve.  Leonard Herbst was one of the first people contacted.  He worked with both the owner's and the contractor's foremen to develop a turnaround plan/schedule the same day.  Not only was the tank repaired, several key maintenance jobs were also successfully completed as scheduled.
  

• OFFICE MOVING SCHEDULE & COORDINATION: An owner that was relocating several hundred people out-of-state needed to vacate an office building within a short-time frame -- with minimal disruption to continuing operations.  Leonard Herbst developed an overall schedule -- and then successfully coordinated disposition of all equipment, materials, supplies and documentation.
  
• COST & CLAIMS ANALYSIS: An owner was hooking-up oil processing facilities on two large offshore production platforms.  Leonard Herbst provided cost and claims support for this multi-million dollar project.
  
• TURNAROUND SCHEDULE: Maintenance work on three offshore oil & gas platforms -- and two onshore oil & gas processing plants -- needed to be coordinated to minimize production impacts.  Working with the owner's personnel and several contractors, Leonard Herbst developed an integrated resource-loaded logic-linked critical path schedule for the turnaround.  The turnaround was successfully carried-out in accordance with the schedule.
