1 ~ Place your order
Browse the site making note of the item #'s for
the products you wish to order. Submit your order by using our convenient
online order form or sending us an email. Make sure your order is
complete: how many of each item you would like, your mailing address, method
of payment and if you would like to have your order insured for delivery.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask them now.
2 ~ Confirmation of your order
We'll reply to the email address you have provided
and confirm your order including all shipping and handling charges.
3 ~ Make your payment
If everything is acceptable after receiving our
confirmation email, make your payment using PayPal (Visa or MasterCard)
or a money order. We're sorry but we cannot accept checks or COD's. Once we've
received your payment, we'll process and ship your order right away!

Other things you should know
We carefully inspect and package your order before
sending it to you. If there is a manufacturing defect, please email us
to arrange for a replacement. We are not responsible for damage that occurs
in transit. If you wish to return any product, please email us first. Be
aware that we can only refund the purchase price minus a 15% restocking
fee and that you are responsible for the cost of returning the product
to us.
