B-Legit - The Hemp Museum
Reviewed By: Blutarski
- Just the intro.
- A good medium paced beat to this track. B-Legit starts off the track
with his signature slow paced flow. B-Legit just kicks it with his soft
laid back style. Levitti provides some nice vocals on the hook. A good
track to start it off.
- The pace is a little faster on this track. Even though it's faster the
beat still has that laid back type of feel to it. I like the vocals on
the hook. The lyrics are harder than the last track. A good track overall,
nothing special.
- E-40 and Kurupt make good appearances on this track. All three have very
laid back flows on this track. I like how all three have their own piece
on the hook. Just a coo laid back type of track. Good overall.
- The beat is from Queen's "Another One Bites the Dust." The mixing of the
beat is very good and the whole production sounds good. B-Legit has a faster
flow and C-Bo and Little Bruce compliment him with their verses. I'm feeling
this track to the fullest. One of my favorite tracks on the album.
- The title track isn't isn't anything special. B-Legit has a good flow on this
track and his lyrics are pretty good, but the beat is weak and it takes away
from everything else. I'm not really feeling this track too much.
- The production is pretty good, except for the beat which I'm not really feeling
too much. B-Legit has some good lyrics. He flows about never biting the hand
that feeds you. Kaveo only shows up talking on the hook. A decent track.
- One of my favorite tracks. The background instruments are exellent and the beat
is perfect for B-Legit's type of flow. The hook is tight. I'm feeling the somber
feel of the track. A sicc track overall. A lot of heart to it.
- Just a quick interlude. Says never take off the rubber.
- I'm feeling Mac Shawn's verse more than B-Legit, but I still like the lyrics
he spits. The beat is decent and the production is coo. More of that laid back
style. Nothing more to say about this track. It's a bit plain.
- This track is the best on the album. It is so sicc. B-Legit, Celly Cel and C-Bo
rip up the mic on this one. The beat is tight and the background affects are
perfect. I'm feeling all threes flows and the lyrics spit are tight. Another
one of my favorite tracks. A sicc ass track overall.
- I don't like the hook on this track, but B-Legit's flow is coo. Medium paced
beat. Harm has a tight verse, but overall I'm not really feeling this track.
- I like the production on this track. The beat gets your head moving and then
B-Legit comes in and spits some tight lyrics. D-Day and Big Bone has decent
flows, but they're nothing special. I like B-Legit's flows on this one and
that's about it. Nice production and good flow by B-Legit, nothing more.
- I'm feeling this track a lot. The beat is tight and so are the background
affects. B-Legit has some nice lyrics on this track. More of that laid back
type of feel. Perfect B-Legit type of track. I'm feeling it. Good overall.
- This is a good track to end the album with. The beat is coo and B-Legit, Mac
Shawn have good flows. G-Note isn't that great in particular, but B-Legit and
Mac Shawn make up for that. The production is pretty good. A good track overall.
Nice way to end the album.
Overall this album is good, but nothing too special. B-Legit spits some nice lyrics
throughout it and there are a bunch of good appearances, but I don't think the
production is anything special. Get it if you're a big B-Legit fan, otherwise save
your money.
