Tangier

We ate at a charming little restaurant where we were sheltered from the poverty of the streets below. Couscous and other Morrocan food, and the most delicious mint tea were on the menu.

We enjoyed traditional Morrocan music as we ate and chatted with other English speaking members of our group.

What in the world is that? It's the nose of a camel. Don't get too close, because she'll bite the shit out of you. This poor fellow was made to give endless rides to our group. For a Euro (about $1.10) one could mount, be led in a very small circle and dismount this unhappy girl.

Well, you didn't think I was going to let her pass up this opportunity, did you?!
