Dear Volunteer: Hilltop Summer Camp is almost
here! The dates are June 8-13 (Teen
Camp) July 6-10 (Junior Camp), and we are preparing a terrific program for our
children and youth. However, to
insure everyone has a great time, there is some paperwork that needs to be
completed. You will need to complete the following forms and bring them to camp
with you: Job
Description- depending on position (general worker, counselor, or nurse) Conduct Agreement - this is mainly so you will know what will be
enforced for the campers
Guidelines
Regarding Physical & Sexual Abuse Counselor Recommendation – obviously for counselors
only
Please keep in mind that we are
now required to have these forms on file during camp in order to meet state
regulations. Your time
and energy (LOTS OF ENERGY) is greatly appreciated! Teen Camp and Junior Camp is an extremely vital ministry.
Your influence will create ripples in the lake of life that will possibly
touch people you will never meet until we get to Heaven.
