GUIDELINES REGARDING PHYSICAL & SEXUAL ABUSE FOR HILLTOP CAMP COUNSELORS & WORKERS The following policies have been established for the camp to provide for the care and protection of the campers who come to Hilltop Camp. 1.
Have you ever been arrested for, charged with, under probation for,
convicted of, or pleaded guilty or “no lo contender” to (a) any sexual or
physical abuse charges, (b) molestation charges, or (c) any felony crime or any
action prohibited by the Texas Family Code? Yes

If you have been convicted of either physical and/or sexual abuse, you
should not volunteer to serve at any camp program. 3.
You should immediately report to the camp director or nurse any behaviors
or other incidents that seem abusive or inappropriate. 4.
Should a camper tell you that he/she has been abused, you are required by
law to report this as soon as possible to the director or nurse. “I have read the above policy and agree to observe
the safeguards listed. I understand
