Dr. Phil!!! |
LIKE, MAA-AAN, I COULD go on all day about why flowers are like, the shiznit, but I've chosen to let the poet Thomas P. Moses do so for me instead. In his poem Flowers, he very clearly gives air to the same opinions that I share! Dig on it and let the words sink in! Hit it, my flower-brother Thom!
WHERE IS THE HAND WOULD crush a flower / Unheedful of its worth? / He who outpours the genial shower / Is author of its birth. / O, bring me flowers when the last, / Last pulse has told its tale; / They'll cheer the scene amid the blast / That turns the features pale. YOU TELL IT LIKE IT IS, THOMMY!!! YOU TELL IT!!!!!! |
