In the Beginning…

In the early ages of Earth, Prometheus was a God and had made man, but unlike the other gods who ruled the earth he had a soft spot for Man. One day Prometheus was called on to argue for better treatment for man against the Gods. Tricking Zeus into giving man fire was cast down to earth to suffer for eternity, being chained to a rock, with an eagle eating his liver out everyday.

Till one day Zeus’s son, Hercules, released him from his torture. Wanting nothing to do with Greece or its gods anymore, Prometheus looked for someplace to go, some place that desperately needed his help. He found such a place, China.

The people of China had been ruled by the Ruler A.I. long enough, their empire was small, poor and backwards. Prometheus thought that they were beyond help. But he would try to build an empire and bring wealth and technology to the poor people under his rule.

625 – 325

The first 300 years of Prometheus’s reign were peaceful and already the empire is in much better shape than before. The size of the Chinese Empire had doubled in size and was given gifts of technology to help the good leader of the Chinese and glad themselves that the evil AI was out of the way.

The people of China watched in wonder as the powers of the world met and discussed things that it its self has no real influence to discuss. But soon that will change as the first ship was launched toward the land the Mongols call the new world.

The people are rejoicing and having children like crazy having 8 to 9 children per family, with each living about 25 years each. (Hey we all think that 16 is a good age to start popping out children don’t we?)

In foreign affairs there seems to be a great deal of tension in the land around Africa, as it seems the Adriatic empire is exerting its influence south. News that the Zulus and the Australians have completed two new wonders of the world, and are growing considerably in power.

Overall the people of China are glad to have their new ruler, and realize that there is no were to go but up for their great Empire.
